Shipping

At this time, we are only shipping in the US and Canada. We are VERY excited to expand and ship to other countries soon, so check back!  Please expect delays in transit due to Covid-19.

We offer free ground shipping on all US orders & a flat rate of $15 USD to Canada. All Canadian orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning you (the customer) will be responsible for any taxes or duties on the order upon arrival.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Expect to receive your new bra within 2-8 business days after your package has shipped in the US & 7-21 business days in Canada.

What is your return/exchange policy?  

We want your bra to fit correctly! We know you have a lot to think about with a new baby in the picture and are happy to offer returns and exchanges for all unworn, unwashed items in re-sellable condition.

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer a size exchange, minus the shipping charge of $12 USD for US orders and $15 USD for Canadian orders for all returned items received back by us within 60 days from the original ship date to you.

Please note the care instructions for the bra. Jen & Keri is not responsible for damaged merchandise that has not been laundered as instructed.

Returns:

We are happy to offer a refund in the form of store credit, minus the shipping charge of $12 USD for US orders and $15 USD for Canadian orders for all returned items received back by us within 60 days from the original ship date to you. Items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. Please Note - Closeout & Sale priced items are Final Sale and are non-refundable. 

Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. The shipping cost to send back a return is covered by the customer. Defective items received back by us, their replacement shipping cost is covered by the store.
